THE PROCESS
PHASE ONE–Consultation A non-refundable fee of $175 covers the initial meeting of the design team with the client and development of a sample interior design scheme. This is presented in the form of a Digital Mood board that expresses the general design of the project.
PHASE TWO — Design Development The client will receive 3 Floor Plans, each paired with an itemized proposal to choose the items they would like to purchase. The GREY presents the client with a single Refined Itemized Proposal and Refined Floor Plan.
PHASE THREE — Procurement, Production, and Installation Purchasing and arranging installation of the planned finishes, fixtures, and furniture selected in Phase Two. The GREY manages all ordering, receiving, production, and coordination of the Contract and arranges and manages the Installation.
Hourly Fee Schedule Designer hourly fee: $95/hour. This fee occurs for any services rendered from The GREY within or outside the scope of design contract agreement or after the scheduled end date of the project. Any adjustments to the design scheme, proposal, and floor plan made outside of the Refinement Period are paid by the hourly fee.
